Fresh Life Ministry

Fresh Life is a ministry designed to reach Millennials who find themselves in transition. Transitions are often the place where we find out the true strength of our faith, relationships, finances, and even our family ties. Also, the transition is where most people get lost. People have a difficult time dealing with the stresses of graduation, being saved and single, career advancement or stagnation, and next steps. Transitions are all around us, and Fresh Life is a space to help you stay fresh and filled as you navigate all the options God has placed before you.

Fresh Life wishes to help REAL people, discover RELEVANT solutions, and a FRESH REVELATION from God.

Dance Ministry

Dance Ministry- Imani Dancers / Agape Dancers / Tiny Tots

The mission of the Dance Ministry is to demonstrate how the power of spiritual excitement and joy for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will “move you to dance”. The Dance Ministry brings, through movement, the rhythmic power of a saving and redemptive relationship one develops as a Disciple of Jesus Christ. We present dance as a way to proclaim and teach, pray and worship, forgive and reconcile ourselves to God through Jesus Christ. As we live by Christ’s example we empower others to carry out the commands of God in dance as David did when God brought him the victory over his enemy. Therefore, we dance!
“And David danced before the Lord with all his might….” 2 Samuel 6:14″

Usher Ministries

Linda Cox, Adults

Thaddeus Epps, Jr., Youth Ushers

Since their inception, the Ushers of NSMBC have not only been doorkeepers for the Lord; but also provide a service of comfort, awareness, caring and support during each worship service. Ushers take pleasure in ensuring that each worshipper is greeted in the love of God. Every worshipper is greeted with a smile, a hug, or a handshake. “For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.” “Psalm 87:10
